Being a Scout
In Scouts you’ll hone those #SkillsForLife, working together to rise to new challenges, you will Do More; Share More; Be More.
Will you dare to be excellent?
Activities and what you’ll get up to
Our Scout Troop brings development and growth to our 10 to 14 year old members. We go on camps, night hikes and trip, and enjoy fun challenges at our weekly meetings through activities and games.
Badges and Awards
Work towards your activity badges and rise to the challenge of the Scout awards scheme. Find out how to gain Activity Badges and Challenge Awards
Scout leaders
This section is led by our Scout Leader “Rikki” and our Assistant Scout Leader “Mang“. All of our leaders are trained volunteers, working to make sure Scouting is safe, inclusive and accessible. Some lead the Pack week in and week out. Others visit occasionally to help run a session or drop in to share their skills.
Uniform and badge placement
You don’t need a uniform to join. But once you’ve settled in, you’ll start speedily earning badges, and you’ll need to know where to put them!
We usually have a number of Scout Jumpers in stock. Neckers are supplied when your Scouts make their promise and are invested.
