Beavers (6-8 yrs), Cubs (8-10½), Scouts (10½-14)

Young people (in the age ranges above) can join in the fun at 23rd Manchester Scout Group. You can register your interest on our waiting list by following this link to our Online Scout Manager records page: click here to join our waiting list. When we receive notification that you have filled in this registration we will be in contact to arrange for you to come and visit us during one of our regular meetings.

When you first visit us we will need to take some further details to ensure the safety and safeguarding of your child. To that end we will ask that you fill in a Scout Young Person Information Form for each new member. That form can be found here: young-person-form.pdf.

We will always do out best to accommodate your young person where we can.

Adults Members

If you are an adult and would like to help out at 23 Manchester Scout Group, please visit our Volunteer page. We are always happy to have extra helpers; the more helpers we have, the better the range and quality of our programme will be for our young members. Parents and Guardians are most welcome to either lend a hand or join our ranks.

Young Leaders

If you are between 14 and 18 years of age and are doing your Duke of Edinburgh award, or are an Explorer Scout, or Ranger Guide working towards an award in Guiding, you can also help out at 23rd Manchester as part of the Young Leaders’ Programme. This can count towards your Duke of Edinburgh Service section, your Scouts Top Awards and/or the relevant awards in UK Girl Guiding.
